The first frame shows a man pointing his finger at his dog and saying "Okay Ginger, you've had it! Stay out of the garbage! Understand, Ginger? Stay out of the garbage or else!" The second frame shows what the dog hears which is "Blah Ginger blah blah blah blah blah blah Ginger blah blah blah". (blah being an alternate spelling of bla). This is how my poor addled brain reacts to poetry. Although my understanding would be higher than Ginger's because I understand the individual words, the flow of them together still would leave me none the wiser. That having been said I think that there will be many people who don't suffer from my poetry aphasia and will doubtless enjoy your self-indulgent bla-ther.
